Best AnswerI may as well add my name to the list of those affected by this. For about the first time since I got my Blaze earlier this year I managed to achieve at least 250 steps each hour from 8am to 5pm (9 hours), and the Blaze showed 9/9 green dots. But when I sync'd my Blaze later in the evening, the Dashboard only shows 8/9 - the final hour is showing as not having been achieved.
Bit miffed, I managed to achieve something and the computer says "no". 😞
Is there any indication as to when this issue will be fixed?
Best AnswerMine is doing the same thing. My Blaze says I got all 8 active hours, but my app on my iPad says only 7/8. It's missing the first hour of when I only got 250 steps that hour. Every other hour I went well over the 250 steps.
Best Answer@Arkangel67 If by the computer it says no, if you are looking at the web page at fitbit.com.. Then I'll let you in on a secret, the web interface never showes active hours.
At one time not to long ago it was announced that this was a verified problem and a ticket had been filled out. The current at Tucson not aware of.
Best Answerthis has happened to me twice now. One of them was today. I do 11 hours of the 250 steps and today at the 4 p.m. one my fitbit says I didn't get it. My blaze is all green, which means I got all of them. What are we to do about that? There are times I don't get all 11 hours but when I do I would like to bet recognition for it. Like I said, this is the 2nd time it's done it.
Best AnswerI agree. I have had this issue happen twice now and I try doing 11/11. Today I did the 11/11 and the dashboard shows I missed the 4 p.m. steps. My blaze shows 11/11. Phone and dashboard are wrong. It's only happened to me twice but I would like to get credit for something when I do it.

Best AnswerNo, it is still happening, unfortunately.
Best AnswerMine says 8.301.7.
My IOS is 10.2.

@Rich_Laue No, I don't just mean the web page at Fitbit. I also mean the app on my phone. Both show the same thing, both in contrast to what the Blaze is reporting.
Not sure what you mean by "The current at Tucson not aware of", but I'll let you in on a secret, it doesn't make sense in English. 😉
Which update is that? What version number?

I am having the same issue even after the software update.
I tried the restart and then synced with the app with the same results.

Best AnswerUnfortunately I just updated the app to vs. 8.301.8 and it's still having the same issue as of 12/27/2016. 😞
I only started noticing this problem within the last few weeks.
Best AnswerSame here, no improvement. If anything, it's worse.
In order to make sure I get my 250 steps I have to sync to my phone after the fitbit notifies me, then see if it gives me a little red dot, if it doesn't I then walk another 20 or so steps and sync again, and repeat until a red dot is given!
There is definitely a difference between what the fitbit counts as 250 steps and what the app believes!
Best AnswerSame issue here, the piece of functionality seems flaky at best, often have to sync more than once to get the unit and the app to tie up.
Best AnswerMY suggestion is to check the web based dashboard at Fitbit.com i find this hourly step goal reported correctly there..
Best AnswerSame problem here. I've updated to the latest version, tried restarting the blaze as well as my phone, multiple times. I still get shorted on the number of active hours achieved in both the app and the dashboard. Last week it was missing an hour here and there. Today the app/dashboard is showing 4 out of 8. Very frustrating.
