The hourly activity on my Blaze does not always match what the app says. For example, today my Blaze says that I have made 6/9 hours (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14; it's currently 1417 here, so 15, 16, 17 are still open), but my app and dashboard shows 5/9 hours (9, 10, 11, 13, 14). If I tap my steps on the app, I can add up the steps in each 15 minute increment between 1200-1259 and they total more than 250. This has happened a few times now. Anyone else noticing this on the Blaze? Any known fix?
Best AnswerI have also had my Blaze indicate that I have done more completed 250 step hours then what is indicated on the app. This is been going on just the last week or so. Not sure if it started before or after the latest update. Anyone know if we can manually change this error?
Currently this is a known issue that doesnt affect everbody, and for those affected, it usually is not consistent.
Fitbit is aware and looking into the problem.

Best AnswerI ended up contacting Fitbit directly and they determined mine was faulty and not charging properly and I've been sent a new one
