I have notifications that are over a year old and I can`t receive new ones because there are so many. My screen does not show a "clear" button and nothing happens when I try to swipe to open or clear. I've also tried resetting my Flex 2 with no results. How do I delete these?

Log out of app, then log back in.

Thanks, but I've done that as well with no luck. I also tried installing the app on my Galaxy tablet (it's also on my iPhone), but I still can't delete or clear them.

Is there still not a fix for the NOTIFICATIONS WITH A RED DOT, :red_circle: that WON’T DELET?

Best Answer
As far as I know, there is not. Frustrating isn’t it?!

My fix is by ignoring their app for long periods of times!
