I guess there’s a bug issue. But yes I agree it’s ridiculous! Should have
had this option in the first place!!!

Good to see you around @SunsetRunner @SunsetRunner!

@SunsetRunner, since this is the Fitbit Blaze board, that's why the instructions that are given here are specifically for this tracker.

Now, in general, as @SunsetRunner mentions, there is a bug currently causing notifications not to disappear from the notifications tab on the app. Our team is working to get this resolved and hopefully we can have a fix for this soon.

If you guys need anything else, let us know!

Welcome to the Forums @SKkid!

At the moment as I explained previously, there is a bug affecting users where the notifications red dot will appear still even after you've checked all the notifications.

Our team is aware of this and hopefully we'll have a solution for this soon.

Anything else you may need, I'm here to help!

I don’t care about notifications. I want to delete these messages. I’ve
reported the dude and I’ve blocked him yet the messages remain!!

Yes I have a red dot so that means I CANNOT DELETE my notifications, right?

Thank U for the reply.

Guess so mine has no red dot but can’t delete...maybe it’s time to go with
another company that has support for its app!

Thanks for getting back @SunsetRunner @SKkid!

@SunsetRunner, I'm sorry to hear that. Messages should delete automatically after 30 days. If you're having problems with this, you might want to try logging out of the app and logging back in and see if that helps.

@SKkid, that is correct. Hopefully we'll have a fix for this soon.

If you guys need more help, feel free to let me know!

I have notifications from July '17.  I would like to delete.

I have a basic Flex. And S8 phone. I open the dashboard, at the bottom of the screen there are 5 choices at the bottom. Dashboard, challenges etc. Far right "notifications ".

When I tap on it the list comes up. Im unable to swipe away nor when I tap the notification the background color lightens. That's all I can do on tghis screen.

Info.to delete wud be appreciated. Thank you
