Hello @MelB03 welcome to the Fitbit Community! I can not provide you an estimated time frame for the LG V10 to be added to the list. Please keep an eye on it for any update. Please note that some devices are not in the list of compatible devices but that does not mean are not compatible. Is just that we cannot guarantee that all the feature will work or it wont present any issue in the future as it has not being fully tested. Nowadays high end devices are built with the same core specification, so is hard to find a device which is not compatible and is rare to find a device which wont be compatible at all. So I would like to ask if you have performed any troubleshoot to get notifications on your Alta?

Catch you later! 🙂

Any update on when LG V10 will be added to the compatibility list?  It has been a very long time. This is ridiculous.

Still waiting on this .Extremely frustrating paying for a tracker that works then stops working. The app won't sync with my LG V10 or v20. Pointless to have an Android app that doesnt work?  What's the ETA on fixing this?  Time to get a Samsung smart watch

Do it. I have the Gear S3 and love it.

One thing I don't love is the reply notifications from this site. I unsubscribed from every topic I was participating in. Yet I still get reply notifications. Seems as though FitBits forum software is just as reliable as their tracker and smartphone app software.

@MikeS1971 if you want to remove yourself from your so subscriptions. click on your picture in the top right then subscriptions. It will bring you to https://community.fitbit.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/user-subscriptionswhere in two taps, select app and unsubscribe.

@SunsetRunner the two posts above yours, say that the LG10 works fine for them. My thought would be to do the troubleshooting mentioned above.

Have you rebooted both devices and cleared the fit it apps cache?

I have already done the troubleshooting. The Fitbit app is just junk. The
phone will not sync to the Fitbit and will not sync to the app. It does not
work with the v10

@Rich_Laue Been there done that. A long time ago. I'm just going to add anything from FitBit as spam in Gmail.

That is the page setting for your community notificstions., Have you alsiadisabled your Fitbit.com notifications at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/notifications

You could also simply close your community account at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profileScreenshot_20180702-180226_Chrome.jpg

You have many options if you find Fitbit annoying.
