I have a Fitbit Blaze and an iPhone X. The music and notifications used to come through on my old phone, an iPhone 6 Plus. However, on the X I no longer receive notifications or am able to control my music. I’ve read on the site that the X is compatible, and so is Spotify. The setting to continuously sync is on. I’ve turned it off and then back on trying to fix this problem but it didn’t work. Can someone provide a possible solution?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues with your notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post and follow the instructions provided there. And about the music control, here you will be find instructions to follow.
