Blaze syncs! Plays music but no notifications! Tried all steps! Galaxy S8 running nougat! It's going back!

It's great to welcome you @Timmyjay. I will be glad to help you with the issues you are experiencing with your Blaze:

 

  • About the vibration, I recommend restarting your tracker. After this procedure, set up an alarm directly from your Blaze by swiping to Alarms > + New Alarm > Select time > Tap On and see if it vibrates.
  • The notifications, as you know our team just added the Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ to our list of compatible mobile devices and there are some issues with the notifications. But you can always try the instructions provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post.
  • Now about the reminders, could you please be more specific about it? Isn't your tracker vibrating or the information isn't matching between the tracker and your phone?

It started working after today's update. Most are correct when they report buggy software!
