Not receiving notifications with my Blaze from my Samsung Galaxy S8+

I have tried removing the device, uninstall fitbit app - nothing seems to work - I am still not getting notification and right now; I get spinning circle as the device trying to sync. 

 

iPhone 7 Plus works great but on Android - it is horrible.

 

Blaze firmware version: 17.8.401.3

 

If there is a fix or firmware update; please send how to or link to update the Blaze unit.

It's great to see you around @linux4guru, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

As you know, Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ were added to our list of compatible mobile devices recently. This means that our team keep doing tests with these phones and you might experience some issues while setting up or with the notifications feature. In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the steps provided there.
