Software updated notifications not working

If your tracker isn't receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post and follow the instructions provided there.

Tried to troubleshoot using info provided no luck

Yes and we are good to go thanks for your help. Main problem was using my computer instead of my mobile device connect, update my Fitbit.
