I was packing up my Blaze to return it to Costco; then I read these comments. Mine was not new; I've had it about 9 months. Woke up three days ago to find it flickering. I tried letting it die and then recharge - still flickered. Next I tried changing the clock face - still flickered. I tried reset and still nothing happened. After reading some of the comments, I did the reset again; this time holding the buttons longer - waiting until the Fitbit logo appeared. That immediately resolved the problem, but it still does not turn on with flick of wrist. I'll check another discussion area to see if there is a fix for that.

I swear I'm going to give up and get an Apple Watch. My Fitbit blaze from work is now flickering. Had never been wet and I've had it less than a year.

Me too. It’s very disappointing. Fitbit doesn’t seem to be being v transparent about this fault.

Hi Fitbit, my Blaze is nearly 2 years old, the battery ran flat 2 days ago and ever since it has been flickering between screens and wont let me use my workouts as it pauses and stops and exits out, the screen constantly flickering is making the battery run out very fast and may have been the reason it went flat as I never let that happen. I have removed it from account, uninstalled app re-reinstalled, and resynced, restarted a few times but it is still glitching. I know it is a nearly a couple years old and apart from not syncing my runs a few months ago (customer support helped me with this and it had appeared to solve the problem) I have had nothing to complain about. I love my fitbit Blaze, is there anything that can be done or has it reached its life span? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You could try the two button restart, or if you can navagatenato the settings menu .try a shutdown.

I had the same problem. I contacted Fitbit and they set into motion verification and, subsequently, replacement processes...

We went to settings and did a shutdown. When we restarted the Blaze it worked normally. Resetting it did not work, only performing the shutdown.

Only had my Fitbit a few weeks but screen started flickering, contacted Fitbit who told me to reset it. Worked for about an hour but back tk flickering again! Very annoyed feel a bit ripped off to be honest as this is obviously a huge problem that’s known about but the Luxe is still being sold
