Hello, I got Fitbit Blaze as a birthday gift from my girlfriend three weeks ago. I was so happy when I found out that I will get them. All the time I took care of them but today morning after I was sleeping with blaze on my hand I found the screen cracked! I am very disappointed because I have had Charge HR for 14 months before and I had absolutely no problems with it all the time and it had only plastic screen and Blaze should have gorilla glass. What is wrong with my Blaze??

No one has reached out to me to resolve anything. I still have a brand new fit bit with a cracked screen and the only option I have been offered by fit bit is 25% off a brand new one. Worst product and customer service I have ever experienced!!
Exactly the same for me....virtually new Blaze, cracked screen (in normal) use. Offered a paltry 25% off a new one. No replacement or offer of repair. This is not acceptable customer service for what is an expensive piece of kit. Surely screens shouldnt crack so easily ? They are meant to be worn at all times and presumably during robust exercise. My advice would be do not buy a FITBIT as they are not "fit" for purpose !!
Yes the same thing happened to me woke up there was a crack on the screen. After looking at a lot of comments on this thread I decided to call Fitbit the first lady told me that she cannot do anything however I didn't stop there I called back the next day got a different customer service rep they were very helpful two weeks later I have a brand new Fitbit Blaze on my wrist I'll continue to do many years of service as Fitbit they're great.

Best AnswerI don't think I'll ever buy a fitbit again or have anything positive to say about there expensive trackers that you can't buy replacement parts for.
Same for me. My screen cracked and all they offered was 25% off a new one. I understand its been over a year but really? When I had the Charge I had to return it twice because the band kept peeling. So I finally upgraded to the Blaze. Very disappointed in only receiving 25%, been with Fitbit since 2014 . No way I'm buying a new one when it could just happen again.
Purchase a screen protector a small piece of glass that will stick to it and protect it and keep it working it's been working really good on the cracked one that I still have
