I don't have that option in my settings? That would suggest you are several updates in front of me, strange...
Best AnswerNot responding seems to be what they do best next to selling a product that does not work as advertised.
Could this be seen as false advertising in which case would Fitbit have to refund
Best AnswerI'm starting to notice a pattern...
I get sleep stages when I don't meet my sleep goals.
I get the basic sleep analysis when I meet my goal (over 7hr, 50min).
The pattern is pretty consistent.
I was starting to think the same. Also I seems like if the app has updated it seems to affect it.
Maybe unrelated the HR sensor seems to drop out if you go above 140 ish. The reason I mention this is if the HR sensor has inconsistencies it could interfere with the sleep patterns.

Best AnswerUninstall App then reinstall BUT do not apply Update. Turn off automatic updates on your device (phone)

Best AnswerMine has never worked! My friend's has the correct analysis with REM, deep and light sleep but mine is the basic and has never been otherwise. Has anyone figured out maybe it depends on the kind of Fitbit you have? I have the Alta. Does that matter?
Best AnswerMine has never worked. After 8 hours solid sleep the app reports 2 hours bad sleep... Useless. The old stat was much better.
Best AnswerMine worked once last week with the sleep pattern and that was it, and it wasn't associated with meeting my sleep goals. I am disappointed it doesn't work nightly.

Best AnswerHi, where is "sleep tracking" in the app as I haven't seen it. Thanks.
