Today is Monday and the start of the work week hustle. I ended my work out today with 14000+ steps. Over the last 3 hours my total has dropped down to 12,000. I have reset the device but it is still happening. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

@Kimisdashhhhh Check out the post I made in this thread here. Sounds similar to what you're experiencing.

Are you referencing your true total steps, or are you referring to your rolling 7-day total; your total steps will never go down, your rolling total will drop after midnight every day as the 7th most previous day's activity drops off.

You might want to edit your post to remove the three miles of white space 🙂

Anyway, on Dashboard/Friends, it shows the last 7 days total, not lifetime.

Sorry for the "long" previous reply, and the oversight.

Where do I go or what do I do to show lifetime steps ?

Thanks soooooo much for your prompt replies.

@mardon41, if you're looking at this screen (phone):

Friends-Android.png

Or if you're looking at this screen (Fitbit.com Dashboard):

Friends-Dashboard.png

Then all you're looking at are your steps for the six previous days plus whatever you've done today.  To look at your lifetime steps you should look at this tile on the Dashboard:
