In the fitbit app click on your account (top right icon) then scroll down to Advance Settings. What is your time zone setting?

Have you tried performing a force sync? If you haven't, I recommend doing the following:
After syncing your tracker, it have to show the correct time. If it isn't, you can check the timezone settings in the device you are using to sync.

The fix was pretty easy. Went to settings and found out my app wasn't set on automatic on the time zones.
