Warning triangle with thermometer

My blade keeps showing a warning triangle with a thermometer in it..looking as if it is a warning that it is cold. Which is impossible....normally this happens when I am trying with it on. It then keeps turning itself to standby and the fitbit logo comes on. Any ideas?

I was offered 25% off a new one. I've only had this one for 14 months. 189 dollars 14 months I paid $13.50 a month for your **ahem**. #fitbitsucks #fitbitripoff

Mine did the same thing over weekend.  And now it has turned off and there are no lights on the back.  I tried to charge it but that didn't work...

Mine is doing the exact same thing. I have been swimming with it for the past few days but it always works. It was working before I went ti bed last night and now it is giving me the temperature warning symbol, not blinking the green lights, and will not restart. I am so bummed.

Same thing has happened to me. Had my Fitbit Blaze for a little over a year. I’m out of my warranty period. Customer service offered my a discount on another Fitbit. So dissatisfied and disappointed at Fitbit. Why will someone in there right mind purchase another Fitbit watch after what happened to my first one. I could have been a loyal Fitbit customer and continued giving Fitbit my bussiness if they would’ve taken care of my issue my granting an exchange or something better than a discount on a new one. Planning on switching to Apple Watch. So dissapointed at Fitbit.

Hello! My blaze just froze and is showing an orange thermometer on screen. This happened last April and I thought if I just drain the unit to restart over, it should be fine. Totally forgot about the unit and found my blaze again, only to see that it is still showing the orange thermometer. Tried charging it, nothing’s happening. What to do?

Throw it out. There is no fix for this despite the many claims by Fitbit that there is. 300 bucks for a watch that lasted 2 years.

Mine just did this for the first time tonight. I put Blade on to charge and I had been on for about an hr when I noticed the blue triangle with the temp in it.

I took it out of the charger and there was no response in the back with the normal green LEDs. Couldn't do anything with the screen.

It will be 2 years old at the end of this month.

I held the left button and bottom right button down for a good 10-12 seconds. It just acted dead. I then pressed them again and it came alive with the usual Fitbit startup symbol.

I've returned it to the charger and so far, so good.

Had it of died, I wouldn't have replaced it. I hope to get at least another good year out of it for $300 worth.

But I'm of two minds as to whether getting another Fitbit cause Window users tend to be forgotten about if we have any issues. I have seen app complaint posts that go ignored, yet Apple ones are dealt with.

Not all of us live in locations that have reception for iPhones to work.....unfortunately.

My Fitbit got the same issues everyone is posting about the triangle with the thermometer. This has to be a manufacturing issue because no way everyone should have the same issue. I’m so disappointed because I loved my Fitbit. I’m not going to pay $200 for another one, because I only had this one a little over a year.

This is pretty worrying I have bought my blaze in March 2018 so still in warranty I have got the triangle and thermometer sign and it would not respond to pressing buttons to restart, however it just fell and hit the floor slightly and now it is up and running again.  I bought this for £170 and I am really worried that it will run out of warranty and not work after the warranty runs out :(.

My Blaze has just reverted to the thermometer warning triangle as well, this showing too hot a temperature which is impossible as I’m in an air conditioned hospital. No matter what I try, the tracker will not reset, reboot or do anything except display the thermometer. I am so frustrated and cross. This was a birthday present and the second tracker I have had from Fitbit. The first froze as well. After reading the forum I am at a loss as to know what to do as there is no way I can afford $ 150.00 for a discounted replacement, it’s out of the question. Please Fitbit what can be done about this???? Adrian in Bermuda.
