sorry to hear about that charging problem.
If your Blaze turned off due to an empty battery please check if your Blaze is seated correctly in it's charging cradle. Next I'd suggest trying another USB power supply.
If that won't work or if your Blaze died while the battery had remaining power, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit Support.
