Charge 5 - Some Upgrades

Charge 5 - need some new watch faces from cloud, its all boring. Please give some new faces in next update.

ECG app is often hang. 

No ECG tiles in Dashboard for mobile app.

Please improve.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Charge 5. 

It's always great to have more clock face options to choose from. If you haven't done so already, please consider voting for these ideas posted in the forums: 

• More clock faces for the Charge 5.  
• Charge 5 Customize clock faces colors.
• Fitbit studio for Charge 5 to create clock faces. 
• Add clean and easy to read clock faces for Charge 5. 
• More analogue clock faces for Charge 5. 

Regarding the option to have an ECG tile in the Fitbit app, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible. 

About the inconvenience you mentioned with the ECG app, could you please provide mode details about this problem? In the meantime, make sure that you've tried the three pulse restart method described here below: 

1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
