Hi @Romy09.
Unfortunately the number of supported banks in the UK hasn't been updated for a very long time. I opened a Starling account many years ago just to use with Fitbit pay (I just transfer spending money each month to the account), but my main accounts are still not supported.
You can add you vote to the relevant feature suggestion, but as you can see most of these have been open since as far back as 2018 without any progress being made.

Honestly speaking with the rumored next Fitbit smartwatch being based on Wear OS (hence using the far more useful and supported Google Pay) I would say that the chances to have more banks supporting Fitbit Pay are quite slim.

The decision to use fitbit pay, is up to the bank, not fitbit.

@Rich_Laue I don't believe this is completely the case. Is it not Fitbit's responsibility to go and promote their service to the banks etc, instead of just sitting and hoping that the Banks may approach them to sign up?
We know that these same Banks support Apple and Google pay, so it's not a case of them not willing to support new technology.
As @Giampi71 says, hopefully Fitbit pay will be replaced with Google Pay in the not too distant future. Then this issue will be completely solved.

@N8teGee even if Fitbit reached out to al
It would still be up to the bank to add Fitbit.
Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay have asked their users to reach out to their banks. I believe so that their bank knows that they have customers who are interested.
The Bank supporting Google Pay is not the same as if Apple Supported Google Pay.
I Agree it would be nice if Fitbit directly added Google Pay as an option, even if it means Fitbit Pay has to be closed down.
With Google not wanting to be directly involved with Fitbit's I can't see Google Pay being added until Fitbit releases a tracker with Wear OS
