Charge 5 battery dying within minutes after full charge

I've had this charge 5 for about a year and 3 months and its never had any issues.Yesterday, suddenly my fitbit kept dying even though I was fully charging it multiple times. Up until then, the battery lasted around 5 days. Now it lasts maybe 15 minutes on a full charge. I've tried restarting it multiple times and it hasn't helped. Has anyone had this happen to them? Is my fitbit dead for good? Any suggestions?

I have same issues, Wednesday it said there was a new update, so i updated the software, now screen keeps going blank, i can't pair it to my phone so it has just reset the date to 01/01. Battery just keeps dying. i've had it since last June without any issues prior to this. Now my watch is either blank or displaying the wrog time an date and won't sync.

I called Fitbit and my Charge 5 is under warranty so they are replacing it.

So many having the same problem.
