Just recently noticed that my charge 5 will no longer show the sleep score on the watch but it does sync and shows on the phone. What is up with this? After several calls to customer support, no resolution.

My wife bought me a Charge5 for my birthday six weeks ago to replace a Charge4 lost due to strap coming apart. Charge5 worked OK until last Tuesday when it stopped recording sleep details. Tried everything others have done but nothing works. Very disappointed that Fitbit do not seem interested in what appears to be a common fault with the Charge5.

Thank you for your updated post. I'm going to try that, I don't know as though my phone has ever been off for 30 minutes only maybe a minute or two. When I read your first post I have the exact problem as you so I'm going to give it a try.

Lost my sleep score 3 days ago. Noticed today my pulse was not active and it drives the sleep analysis. Went to settings and found there is an on/off switch for heart rate and it was turned off. I do not know how this happened as I have used pulse forever. I now have pulse back so I will check on sleep details tomorrow.

I received this email from fitbit about the situation. A glimmer of hope that they will maybe look into it?

My Charge 5 quit showing the sleep on the fitbit after the last update. The sleep shows in the app but not the fitbit itself. This week the fitbit logo came up and no matter what I tried it didn't go away and it wouldn't sync. I had even removed the fitibt from the app and put it back in. Finally after 6 hours the logo went away and it started working but sleep still doesn't show on the actual fitbit. Today after I charged the fitbit and exercised then synced it about an hour later the logo came on again and this time after about 3 hours and having it on the charger the logo went away and it seems to be working but no sleep shows on the fitbit itself. I just synced again and sleep still doesn't show. I had contacted support and they were no help. They wanted a video of me trying to restart the fitbit and I told them that I couldn't give them a video. They were no help.
