All morning my charge 5 won’t sync to my iPhone 11. I’ve gone through every step including uninstalling the app, turning blue tooth off and on, pairing again, restarting both devices. Only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset which I had to do last month when alarms stopped working and I don’t really want to do again if that’s not the problem.
They are dealing with a widespread syncing issue right now based on the hundreds of reports coming in on these forums, Reddit, and Twitter. I am also having this issue and have tried all suggested solutions to no avail. Nothing for us to do but wait it seems.
Same here. Went through each step and still cannot sync. I thought it might have gotten overheated as it was hot and humid yesterday. My last sync it says was 10:21pm yesterday.

Best AnswerSame issue for me today. My Charge 5 last synced at 7:17 Eastern time this morning. I also have restarted the watch and my iphone. Still wont sync. My current, steps, zone minutes and heart rate are showing on the app. The two mile run I did this morning and my hourly step activity have not synced to the phone app. Been on hold for over 10 minutes for customer service right now. I won't hold more than 15 minutes. Good luck to all.

Best AnswerSame problem with me. My FitBit last synced 8 hours ago! All suggestions on the web have been tried without success. The help chat line also seems to be unresponsive. Either there's nobody on the other end or the bot's gone to sleep. What has happened to FitBit?
Same! Tried everything! Missing the Charge 4 that I gave my son. Would it be bad form to ask for it back?😂
