Hi my charge 5 has suddenly become unresponsive. I have reset it a few times but it then stays responsive for a very short period. I purchased it in July last year so unsure if it is under warranty.
Is there anyway to contact fitbit support? I have tried on the net but it doesn’t allow me to contact them. Their previous facebook page is also not supported anymore.

I am having the same problem in that it is not recording my steps! It is in 100%.

I spoke to a very helpful man at Fitbit and… restarted my Fitbit (Charge 5) swipe down til you reach settings, then swipe up til you reach restart device.
if this doesn’t work (it didn’t for me. I went into my App Store (on my I phone ) and installed the Fitbit update. Then updated my iPhone and as was well.
Super helpful tech guy and rang me back with a minute of my enquiry,

Thanks. My fitbit isn’t working at all now or holding any power for long despite being able to reset it.
