Fitbit Charge 5 will not turn on. It is dead. I have cleaned it and the charger. I tried resetting with the button on the charger. I have left it plugged in for hours. I have tried different plugs and adapters. I have even tried a new charging cord. Nothing that has been recommended is working. Do I need a new one?

Hi @jennifermoon79. You tried all the available troubleshooting steps. It looks like your Charge 5 battery is dead and can't be recharged. Yes, you need a new one. Please dispose of it properly as e-waste if required in your location.
