Left 2 stars on Amazon with the following review: I tried the Charge 5 and decided it was not a fitness tool. Yes, it has all the sensors it says it has, but you can not get to the data without your smartphone, tapping and swiping, squinting or using your smart phone. ALL I WANTED WAS TO GLANCE AT IT AND SEE MY HEART RATE while moving and sweating. There is NO screen that shows this unless it is displayed in about 4 point font. Look at the picture on the box. It says its 12:58 right? You can see it just fine. Can you see the heart rate? NO YOU CANT. There is a dedicated screen to heart rate. It has a big cute heart icon, but the data is again displayed as a minor feature. Cant see it while moving. You have to stop, tap, swipe, wipe sweat, swipe again because fingers are sweaty, squint, DOH! Wherever I am, there are at least 2 clocks in the room. When I am not in a room with clocks, I am probably trying to escape clocks. Why is the ONLY face for this a clock? I think it is simply a lure to buy the $80 per year premium service which is BS. IMO, the accuracy was fine. The integration was fine. The features were fine. The software was fine. The usefulness of the display was abysmal. Returned It. Deleted the App. Not going fitbit again.

Hi there, @PiHole.
Thanks for the details provided and I'm sorry the Charge 5 didn't work for you. I understand your point of view about having a clock face just with the stat that you're interested in tracking. Our team strives to improve our devices and features, and the input we receive from our members is a big part of the process.
I appreciate your feedback and we'll keep working to make Fitbit more useful for you. Please know you're always welcome back to the Fitbit family.
Have a good day.

I am also disappointed with the options for the screen. All I wanted was date and time, steps, and heart rate. I found one that was close but it shows the data on a "slant" (I guess to look "modern/cool"). Only problem is it cuts off the bottom right edge of the time, and sometimes you have to guess what the last two digits are, depending on the number. Are their any updates to available screens in the pipeline?

Hi there, @Walkabout4729.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about your Charge 5. I see your point of view and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. While we don't have details when or what it's going to be included in a future update, I'd suggest to support this idea requested in the Feature Suggestions board. This is the best place to share new ideas that you wish to see in the future.
In case you want something different, you can always create a new suggestion so it can get the attention of our developers. I'm sure other members will support your idea by adding their votes.

Like the OP, I bought a fitbit charge 4 to be able to see my real time heart while exercising, but now I find there isn't a display which display the heart rate large enough to be seen during an activity

I followed the create a new suggestion link as Lizzy recommended above. However the Accept Ideas Terms say that "However, neither Fitbit, nor any of its employees, may accept or consider any unsolicited suggestions, including ideas for new or improved products "
So if Fitibit won't consider them, why should I waste my time posting a suggestion?

Agreed. ALL of the faces are horrible.
