More clock faces for Charge 5

There was a feature request for more watch faces for Charge 5 (request actually was for more useful and neutral watch faces). Request was for "watch faces" - plural, i.e. more than one.

Now Fitbit have added one more watch face, for Charge 5, without any of the requested properties.
The Bloom watch face is as useless as all the earlier watch faces, if not more so.
Now the moderator have closed the feature request stating that it has been delivered/solved.

What a joke. This Charge 5, my third Fitbit device, will probably be my last Fitbit.

I will never buy Fitbit again if this is not solved shortly.

This is one of these cases where the corporate handling of an issue doesn't make any sense from the outsider view of the customer, as if we are living in a different world.

I'd really like to know whats going on inside Fitbit, I mean at least some Fitbit employees must use the Charge 5 themselves and have some opinion about the clock faces (and common sense?) Do they all think "yeah these watch faces are great!" or what's going on here?

That single new watch face is almost like a mockery of customer feedback, like they wanted to say: We are aware you want some better clock faces but you can't have them!" Writing these lines makes me remember the famous breakfast scene in falling down ("have you ever heard the expression the customer is always right"?)

I agree 1000%. This is my last fitbit device (I am actively looking for a replacement). Never makes sense to me that a company will say that they are openly receptive to suggestions,  then completely ignore them. Sad......

Yep, this is such a ridiculous slap in the face. We asked for specific things, namely that we get a face that isn’t trying to be “fun” and just shows some **ahem** stats along with the time in a normal configuration - we’d be happy to just have one ported over from the charge 4 even - and over a year later we get one horrible face that doesn’t do anything we asked for, and Fitbit pats themselves on the back for a job well done and locks the thread. Pathetic.

I’ve had a Charge, replaced every year or two since the first one, which if you add that up is over a thousand dollars in Fitbit’s pocket, I’ve stuck with it over an Apple Watch because even though I knew customer support was rubbish, at least my Fitbit did everything I wanted. At this point though, this is such a joke. The unreadable faces, condescending and useless “solutions” from Fitbit, plus the stealth removal of the altimeter, means my watch no longer does the things I want.  I’m out.

It's sad because I like the FitBit App (mostly) but this watch face issue is ridiculous. They should either explain their reasoning for just one stat per watch face or provide at least one or two more watch faces that are "stat heavy". The Bloom watch face is so very disappointing after waiting for any word at all on new functional watch faces.

How arrogant of Fitbit to release just one watch face and say the issue has been resolved. No it hasn't!. What we want are some grown up designs and not the overdesigned and childish ones we have now. Maybe all the designers have been seconded to the new Pixel watch team. In which case I wouldn't hold out much hope for that being any better.

The latest news from Fitbit (update and faces) are just ridiculous. Bricked and damages devices and awful customer support. Bought this device thinking it was a leading company, but gonna quit as soon as a new Garmin band comes out.

The new face is an absolute joke. Yeah, it looks pretty. It is not functional at all
