Phone won't charge,no heart rate registered & no steps being counted

Thanks for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

 

Could you please provide a few mode details about this inconvenience you're experiencing? Let me know if you mean the device is not tracking any of this information or if you mean that you're able to see it on the device but it's not being synced to the Fitbit app in your phone.  

 

In case the problem is with the app, let me know if you see any error message as well.

All sorted did the 3 presses of button & it's restarted
