Syncing problem and battery life issue Charge 5

I see that the support team supposedly fixed a syncing issue after multiple mentions on Sept 16; but since getting back from another country Oct 1, I’ve been unable to fully sync and my battery life has seems compromised. Does anyone have a fix?

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the difficulty you're experiencing with your Charge 5.

If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users: 

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on. 
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again.
  • Try restarting the device using the three pulse restart method.

If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here.

Regarding the issues with your battery life, please make sure that you've tried the steps listed here. Keep in mind that there are a few features that make the battery drain faster than usual, like SpO2, GPS tracking or Always On Display.
