Why would one need an "X" account to contact support? For warranty.

My charge 5 is broken I want to contact Fitbit and I'm forced to create an "x" account 3rd party account to contact them?

 

This is nonsense, anyone have the support E-mail address?

Here are the various ways to contact Fitbit support.

You'll get the "X" account option if you choose @FITBITSUPPORT.

There are Live Chat and Phone call options available for you to try.

Chat option hasn't worked for weeks. 
Fitbit/Google customer service is the worst.
