Charge 6 . Firmware update v 220.21 available

Am trying to update charge 6.  Tracker is connected and fully charged next to me.  My phone advises me to update.  I agree and push go.  All I get is the video of the charger looking for the device.   Nothing happens.  When I go back it asks me to update again.

I have done their help steps 3x and still can't link my charge 6 to my phone.

Since you tried the recommended troubleshooting multiple times without success, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3, which has the contact options.

This happens to me every time there is an update or time change.  I have to delete the device from the app and then try to readd it.  I have been trying for a day and a half to get the Charge 6 and my phone app to speak to each other for the readd. 
Still waiting.
Usually I have to wait at least 2 to 3 days before they speak to each other again.

According to the official support page, the latest official version for the Charge 6 is the one we already have, 214.24, so 220.21 seems to exist only in our dreams. I'm in Canada and our shows 220.21 is the latest version.

Oh ty, but I am aware, @dPunisher  and if you go through the other models, it is listed as an update for those devices as well (though not announced the same way the charge was). But there is no location data there or I am missing where it is hiding. It is the fantasy firmware....

It's pretty absurd at this point. July 14th on the release notes page, announced here over a month later, now over a month after that people are still waiting.
