I have noticed that my Sense has what appears to be a screen burn. I left my always-on display on, and when I swipe to use different apps, you can see where the watch face has been burned into the screen. What are some steps I can take to fix this issue?

Within the past week, my Charge 5 has - for all intents and purposes - died. The last confirmed sync was on July 1; since then the screen has gone black, and it shows no indication of charging (other than the pebble getting hot) when I plug it into the charger. The lights in the back of the pebble no longer light up, either.
I’ve made several attempts to reset the pebble, none of which have worked (button on the base of the charging cable, side buttons). Is there anything else I can do to reset my Charge 5, or is this pebble just completely toast?

I have only had this fitbit for just over one year. It was showing low battery so I charged it. I took it off the charger and the battery drained within a few minutes. So it's not holding a charge. I tried multiple times over the last few weeks to charge it without success. This is my third fitbit and I won't be buying a new one. The last one died in less than one year.

Hi @ryanburke - the only fix for screen burn is to not use Always On, it won't go away but might improve slightly.
Using a different clock face with a largely black background may help mask it better because it can affect certain colours differently.

So I received the that fitbit versa 4 for my birthday. I really loved the watch. It's my second fitbit. I used to own the versa 3 but had to stop wearing it due to it burning my wrist. I thought I'd give the versa 4 a try because this was supposed to be an improved version. Well the burning stopped but now the issue is as follows. After wearing the watch now for a few months I've been experiencing these terrible pains in my wrist thumb hand and that also radiates up my arm. Sometimes the pain gets so bad I can't lift anything with my right hand. I where my watch all day and take it off at night. I was to the point of scheduleing with my doctor when I said to myself why don't you try not wearing the fitbit for a few days since you've had problems in the past. Not this problem but hey it's worth a try. This is now day two without the watch and the pain has disappeared. After day one it stopped day two slight soreness but nothing like when I was wearing it all day. I decided to go online to see if anyone other than me was experiencing these types of issues and found there are a lot of people experiencing the same or similar issues. I am very disappointed. This is the second time I'm losing my money due to a faulty fitbit! These watches are terrible!

Hi all, I hope you're all well. I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my Fitbit Sense, which unfortunately stopped working shortly after a swim session.
Immediately after the swim, the device shut down and has not restarted since. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including:
Letting it sit unplugged and then attempting to restart
Observed that the device becomes hot when charging
Noticed a brief red light flash on the charging sensor at one point
Despite these efforts, the device remains unresponsive. I’m concerned it may have suffered internal damage, though it was used within its advertised swim-proof limit.
Could you please guide me on how to solve this problem.
