My charge 6 has suddenly stopped displaying weekly, monthly and yearly step data. It is still recording steps each day, but I am no longer able to see information in the past. I have updated the tracker and all other metrics are displaying as I’d expect, other than steps. How do I fix?

Hello @Dunc741
Have you had a chance to try uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app? This has worked for many users to restore their historic data in the Fitbit app.
Please let us know if you still don't see your historic data.

I have the same issue as @Dunk741. I followed your instructions (several times even), logged out, uninstalled, re-installed. logged in again and the historical step data is still not displaying!
Best AnswerHello @JenniferFiona
By any chance, are you an iOS user? I've seen other iOS users reporting a similar issue.

Best AnswerYes, I am. This is interesting, I have an old Android phone and will test to see if it works on that one.
Still happening today, do we know when we will get a fix?

Best AnswerSame problem and my charge 6 is using battery at a very accelerated rate. Why is that?
Best AnswerDavid, you’re a GOOGLE COMPANY. It’s unacceptable that there is not a fix for this problem. Many of us Fitbit users are frustrated and disappointed with this situation and we’re ready to start publicly promoting our complaints. Please, elevate this and get it fixed,
