Inaccurate sleep on Charge 6

Did something change with the sleep tracking on the Charge 6 on or about 23 June 2025.  While I used to have sleep scores consistently above 80 with 8 hours sleep, since that date my scores are between 66 and 74 and it shows sleep times between 6 or 7 hours every day (I would occasionally get these sort of sleep scores previously but only if i had a bad nights sleep).  Personally, I have not noticed any change in my actual sleep patterns.  I have reinstalled my app and restarted my Fitbit and Bluetooth.  I have not changed the way I sleep or how I wear the Fitbit. Is there a setting I need to change?  Or was there an update that changed the way sleep scores are calculated. Thx

I have the same problem with my luck. It said that I was awake for two hours last night. I was not. So I just bought a charge six and I was hoping when it arrives tomorrow that the sleep would be better but now I’m a little skeptical

I am always adjusting my sleep time on my app. Why should I have to do that. Isn’t my Lux or Fitbit device supposed to do that itself this is pretty annoying

Sleep setting has always been set as Normal.  I never touch the sleep session start or end times or duration, but they seem about right. For some unknown reason, from about 23 June my sleep scores have fallen off a cliff and as far as i know I have not changed any settings in my Fitbit or my phone.  All my other health metrics look correct including my resting heart rate.  My sleep mode is set to off as I need to receive alerts from my Continuous Blood Glucose Monitor.   But I have been receiving these notifications for over a year now without it impacting my sleep score because on most nights there are no notifications.

It's funny, mine are higher now. My heart rate slowed, and I'm getting over 2 hours of deep sleep. I'd normally score in the 80's but now in the 90's. I feel like we are part of a social experiment and I'd like an explanation.😀

I have been experiencing the same exact thing with my sleep scores.  Thought it was me, but feeling the same.

Hiya,so glad I can talk to someone is experiencing the same issue as me. On the 23rd June and 24th June my sleep score was 90 and 89. On the Wednesday they had changed to 78 and 79. My score has always been in the 80’s with 8 hours at least sleep, with occasional bad sleeps in the top 70’s, now they are low 70’s and high 60’s with 6 to 7 hours sleep.  I have an Inspire 2 and actually bought an Inspire 3 thinking it was because the sensor  was faulty but even on the Inspire 3 the sleep scores are low. I actually spoke on chat to a Fitbit customer advisor and got no where. Surely they would know if the sleep calculator had changed?

I have noticed the same thing?  Says I am awake for almost 4 hours every night.  I was getting great sleep scores before June 23rd.

Have you noticed any improvement?

I have had the same issues.  Have you had any improvements in your sleep score?  Mine has been terrible since June 23rd.

No improvement, says I'm getting 5 or 6 hours sleep per night, but I know that's not correct.
