Why would you fix something that wasn’t broken? The new sleep data formatting is awful and impossible to read. Is this the way it’s going to be going forward? Because if so, I’ll be dumping my Fitbit and buying another company’s product. As it stands right now, it is useless to me. Thank you.
I totally agree. Did the graph lose weight? It's an anemic graph that's unreadable. It was fine as it was. I recommend also sending a message via Fitbit's Facebook page... they'll send you back to "Community", but just flood them...
I absolutely agree! I don’t think they care though. I loved the old sleep analysis format because it was easy to navigate through and gave me way more information at a glance. I still can’t figure out how to get to the specific information I did before. They keep finding new ways to ruin what people loved. I hope they go back, but I doubt they will.
I am frustrated with the new changes, too. I need the dark mode with more contrasting colors- otherwise, it looks like I am staring at a bowl of oatmeal- blah- everything blends together and I can't read my results. No reason to spend money on premium ... if it doesn't change, I will be canceling 😞
Bought just to track sleep, new layout is terrible, hard to read, and compare. Go back to the graph formats which are quick and easy to understand. As it is now, useless, will look into a different watch/app and cancel premium if this is not reversed, or revised. Updates should be improvements.
New sleep data is terrible. Why would you do away with one graph that clearly shows all the data regarding one period of sleep? 4 graphs does not show a clear pattern. I agree with Glasskats! Why would you fix something that is not broken?

Exactly!

The change to the oxygen data is terrible too. What happen to numbers? The graph is a line with no values. And who picks the colors? Please pick colors that are easier to read.
I had a Charge 5 that was pretty new & it was one of those that was bricked after an update. I didn’t bother contacting Fitbit because I had a similar thing happen with my Fitbit One in the past & their solution was to offer me 25% off a newer version. This seemed intentional to me & some of my comments were removed by the powers that be. So now I have the Charge 6 & I’ve been loving it until this sleep change. I don’t know why they do these changes people don’t want, but I can tell you THEY DON’T CARE! Fitbit is paid for me by my insurance including premium, so if I go to something else it will be on my dime. The sleep analysis feature is now useless to me, so I’ll probably just turn it off to save battery life and just use it as a tracker. Waste of money now.
