Today SpO2 is no longer available on my Charge 6. When I go to check it says you need an app, but then says it is not available. It worked fine since September, so has this function been eliminated in a recent update?

My Charge 6 spo2 tracker stopped working 2 days ago. When I try to reinstall it, I get a message saying it's unavailable. What's the solution?

Hello @redrake
Please see the Moderator's response. There is a bug on the Fitbit side that is affecting SpO2 readings and the team is already working on fixing the problem.
At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting steps that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side. I expect the fix will be rolled out in an app update. However, we don't know the timeline for when the fix will be rolled out.
