SpO2 no longer on my Charge 6

ANSWERED

Today SpO2 is no longer available on my Charge 6. When I go to check it says you need an app, but then says it is not available. It worked fine since September, so has this function been eliminated in a recent update?

My  Charge 6 spo2 tracker stopped working 2 days ago. When I try to reinstall it, I get a message saying it's unavailable.  What's the solution?

Hello @redrake

Please see the Moderator's response. There is a bug on the Fitbit side that is affecting SpO2 readings and the team is already working on fixing the problem.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting steps that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side. I expect the fix will be rolled out in an app update. However, we don't know the timeline for when the fix will be rolled out.

Hello, my SPO2 stopped working two days ago on my Charge 6.  Is this still a Fitbit issue?

Please do you have an update on when you will have a fix for SP02 on Charge6 not working. It was working perfectly until c. 24th April when my device got an autmoatic update. SP02 is the reason I bought a Charge6 and I am disappoointed it is no longer working. Thanks.

Spo2 not working consistently on my Charge6 since recent update. Screen says I need to load the app but when I go to the app it says it's not available. Rather a small circle to be stiluck in.

Not sure it'll help, but I've noticed that even if the Fitbit Mobile App claims that it needs an install of the SpO2 tracker to get data, my Charge 6 is still recording and uploading SpO2 (...mostly. It is inconsistent sometimes, but that may just be insomnia and not giving it enough sleep data...) and has the SpO2 app in the gallery. Basically, it may actually be working, it's just the mobile app seems to be confused on the difference between a Fitness Tracker and a Smart Watch (which, from my understanding, does need a separate app installed).

Irritating issue, granted.
