I think that if you could come up with a way for people to submit adventures to some public forum or to Fitbit to pick and choose good ones then you can have adventures anywhere in the world and most likely one close to your area.
I love the step challenges, but I would love to see swimming challenges. I have the Flex 2, and I'd love to "travel" with it. Maybe the Alcatraz swim, British Channel, Cuba to Key West.
There are still no responses from Fitbit regarding adding more adventures. You would think a company with this many users would try to increase the usability of their product!
I would like to see adventures from each of the 50 states and also from different countries. I have finished the ones you have and would like to be able to continue through all 50 states and then adventure through all the others countries.
We need more challenges! The 30 day challenge that aaa posted on Facebook would be great if that was on the app!! Maybe complete a 30 day challenge and get a new bagde?? Thanks Fitbit
Wondering if it is possible to develop new and exciting fitbit challenges? Yes we have the Workweek Hustle, The Weekend Warrior, The goal day and The Daily showdown, however is it possible to develop new ones?
Could I suggest others such as;
- Balance challenge, where you get the right amount of steps and sleep combined
- 7 day step walking challenge
- 14 day step walking challenge
- monthly step walking challenge
- 24 hour challenge for sleep tracking
- 7 day challenge for sleep tracking
- calorie tracking challenge and who can track + save the most in a day
Please let me know your thoughts on this? I would love to be able to complete in other types of challenges with friends. Makes fitbit even more enjoyable!!
Other than National Parks (Glacier, Acadia, Grand Canyon, etc) I think a virtual walking tour of the National Mall in DC would be awesome! You could even add extras like the side streets to head to the different museums, the White House, Capital, etc!
Looks like 4 of the existing 6 adventures are now challenges.
1 that's a nice option, and I'm sure that is what a lot of people will like, but actually I want to *encourage* my friends with a shared adventure, not race them (where there's a "winner" vs *completing* is a win) ... so I'd prefer the option, race mode or adventure mode (where it's like a solo adventure with individual treasures etc but both on the map together)
2 a HOST of us have suggested new locations to add. Any updates from FitBit on plans/ intentions to expand these?
I have completed all adventure challenges & marathons . I was wondering can we have British adventure challenges & races like the London Marathon , Great North Run , The Durham City 5k & 10k .
As I think this will be good for keeping people motivated
I absolutely agree. I would actually love to have the ability to create my own local adventure with my friends in any place we are at a given time. I'm from Montreal, QC which is in Canada. It would be nice to see more Canadian cities on the local adventure challenges.
I prefer to have my challenges be private and it would be helpful to have the option to prevent friends from inviting others. I do not like competing with strangers. Please add a feature that gives you the option to prevent your friends from inviting their friends. Only the person starting the challenge can invite people to participate.
I have been a member of the Fitbit community for a year and a half now. I enjoy the competition and the motivation it provides.
I'm going to be participating in the Peachtree Road Race on the 4th of July and I was thinking how phenomenal it would be if you guys added that race to the trails already online.
It would serve two purposes for me. One, I can look at the trail on my Blaze(I'm about to purchase) as I run/walk the race. And two, my usual opponents can walk with me even though they aren't there.
