It appears Fitbit added new challenge options, but you can only get them when you upgrade to FitBit Premium, which you obviously have to pay extra for (excluding the week trial they are offering).

I can't even access premium as my iPad won't take iOS 10. How about giving us the extra challenges that we have been asking for for years on our existing app? Why should I miss out because you now want us to get a new app and pay for what we had before? Not much of a bonus for long standing Fitbit users such as myself. Looks like Fitbit is really only interested in new customers on new devices. Disappointing Fitbit.
