Bitmoji clock face stuck on preparing to teleport

Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport.  I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps.  I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success.  I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue.  The excitement has officially wore off lol.

It’s ABSURD that people have to go to that much trouble to install a clock face when Bitmoji app or Fitbit can fix the problem . I used wifi at home not 5g  or LTD and nothing works , I had been abroad many times try there it won’t work . I will be going to Cabo San Lucas and I will try there 🤪 hopefully I will be at luck this time .

This is so frustrating.  It doesn't appear to be only one person's issue.  Can someone please look at fixing this for everyone?

How can I get Bitmoji face clock to teleport to my FitBit Versa smartwatch? But my WIFI is like ok. But I kept opening FitBit app. I did reinstall FitBit, Snapchat, and Bitmoji apps. I did revoke them again. What was I missing? I really want it to work. Please help me?

@SunsetRunner   There’s a known issue with the Bitmoji clock face.  Fitbit is aware.

My bitmoji isn’t showing up and it says it will take awhile to teleport but to leave the screen open and it is taking over an hour. Is there something I need to do

Nop , I’m at Cabo with 3g lower speed internet and no luck nothing . They need to update the Bitmoji app to fix the problem .

My watch face won't upload to the Bitmoji face. Anyone else face this issue? I've uninstalled, reinstalled, changed watch faces, reset my bitmoji, uninstalled Snapchat AND bitmoji, made a new bitmoji, it just hasn't worked for me. I kept the screen on, app open and on the settings page for my phone. I'm at a loss. I gave it overnight even, and nothing. Currently been waiting an hour, and nothing. Help 😞

I decided to use my office for work here because my office have stronger WIFI more than my home. I made sure that I did restart my FitBit Versa smartwatch then I uninstalled FitBit, Bitmoji, and Snapchat and I reinstalled them. I logged them in all. I checked my WIFI to make sure they are connected here. Make sure Bluetooth is working too. Then I clicked connect in FitBit app to teleport and it really worked. It took few minutes to finish it! It made me happy! Go to places like library or school or places have strong WIFI. Lol! I am no tech expert.  @SunsetRunner
