Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport. I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps. I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success. I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue. The excitement has officially wore off lol.
Thank you. (Fitbit Sense).

I changed my Bitmoji and then when I synced it to my Versa 3, the images are off. My husband was having the same issue since yesterday. Mine was fine until I synced my new Bitmoji.

I'm finding I'm having less pixilation issue when I changed the background to black instead of blue. I have not tried the other colors but when i turned back to a blue background again today just about every emoji change is pixilated. With the black background there was some pixilation, but it was waaayyy less. I'm going to change it back as soon as I get off work and back to my phone. Give that a try and let me know if it helps. There is something still wrong with this watch face. It may need to be rewritten from the ground up for the Versa 3&4 and Sense 1&2, I did not have nearly this many issues with it on my Versa 2.

I had the same problem and I have a Fitbit Sense and an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I originally created my Bitmoji in Snapchat and read in another post to create the Bitmoji in the app using email. So I deleted my Bitmoji from Snapchat. I then created a new Bitmoji account using email in the Bitmoji app and then linked that account to Snapchat. I uninstalled the watch face and reinstalled it to start from scratch. I then went through the steps to connect to Snapchat and I saw Preparing to Teleport but now I had a percentage next to it along with all my Bitmoji images!!! Everything appears to be working now.

Hi all, I’ve had the Versa 3 for about 2 months now, currently exploring personalising my watch face, so trying out the Bitmoji watch face. I’ve created my Bitmoji using the (newly installed) Bitmoji app, installed the watch face, connected Bitmoji to my Snapchat, but it has been “preparing to teleport” for a really long time (don’t see the percentage sign you all speak of - where should I be seeing it even?). I’ve updated all 3 apps on my phone and restarted my watch. Any other advice? Phone is an Oppo Reno 2.
TIA!

I ead every message in this topic and followed every instruction, but nothing worked.
strange thing is it used to work perfectly with my previous Sense, same model, with the same iPhone. Now I received a replacement that is not functioning properly, how comes?

Hi I've figured out that if you use the bitmoji clothing it works fine but as soon as you change the clothing to other brands it distorts try using the bitmoji clothing Eg don't use Nike or leather jackets then it will work try it it worked for me hope it works for you

So my issue was it would just sit on a circle spinning. I waited like 10 minutes and I looked at your post and looked back down... And my face is on my sense now! Yeah! Wish they would show sync progress on watch though

Yes changing to the standard Bitmoji outfit worked for me - thank you! Now the only issue is that I see only the top part of the Bitmoji on my watch... 😂
