I have a note9 Android. When I tried to download apps from Fitbit gallery on one it wanted me to type out the app ID in the companion setting. The my agenda app wants me to set up the calendar account in the companion settings on my phone. I searched online, chatted with samsung, and searched on my phone. I cant find what they are asking for.

Hello @Erica1983 some of the apps for the Fitbit watch talk to a specific app written by the app designer on the phone. This is what is called a companion app. 

 

If your having issues I suggest using the contact developer link.
