I left my Apple Watch at home and bought this at the airport. I’ve spent hours trying to get Deezer to work. What am I supposed to do it’s just stuck at 0%

Bought a Versa 3 last week and open a premium account on deezer to be able to download music to my device. But I couldn't sync the music.
The phone and the versa are on the same table as the wifi router, the app shows like if what is connected to the wifi, I use the force sync option on the app a message of preparing download appear and after a few moments nothing happen, on the versa appears 0% sync in progress but again after a few moments nothing happen and then receive the "no music go to media settings in app...." message.
I also tried to uninstalled everything and re-installed, tried on several phones and on several wifi networks with same result.
Having same issue. It was working well until recently. I tested for issue with wifi, phone/watch communication by setting up Pandora and this is working fine. The Deezer issue is likely related to update by Fitbit or Deezer. Hope that it is resolved soon as I like the Deezer service playable through the watch.
I can no longer sync music to my Sense from my iPhone 11 Pro Fitbit app. I frequently change the music on my sense but it stopped working two days ago.

Just to avoid confusions, could you confirm if you meant Deezer in your title?
Do you receive any error message?

I just went through factory resetting my watch to no avail, then found this forum. Would be great if Deezer/Fitbit had an update for us!
Sorry, yes it’s Deezer. No, I don’t get an error message. My phone says preparing to download music and my watch say 0%, then after a few moments the process just stops.
I'm having the same problem I've reset the sense twice to default setting, tried unlinking and relinking the deezer app on the sense, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the deezer app, I've tried removing the Fitbit app then reinstalling it.

im getting rather fed up with being asked variations of “have you tried turning in off then on again”?
I specifically got this watch and changed from Spotify To Deezer for this feature so am most unhappy not to be able to actually use it

Best AnswerI’m having the same problem. I was attempting to sync my playlist on my ionic when the watch completely died. Then, I purchased a brand new versa 3 and I’m having the same issue right out of the box. I’m ready to return it!
Best AnswerI was in chat with a Deezer tech yesterday and the developers are working in the issue at present. At least it’s now known and will hopefully be resolved.

I contacted customer service and was told to sit tight as they are working out the issue. I'm not happy that the possibility to upload from my own library was taken away on the Versa 3, but it is impossible to add anything new via the subscription service that they are pushing. I cancelled by Apple music subscription to get Deezer just so I can use my watch. Fitbit and Deezer, get your sheezer together, jeezer!

I have the same problem as others have been saying for many many years same problem yet it still keeps happing no sync no music go to setting, same call centre experience not a clue reading off a sheet, yet you pay a premium to have deezer as this is only way to listen to music off line nice 1 👍 Fitbit never had an issue until now but now part of the many have tried everything reboot on the watch etc etc etc sort it out there is obviously a problem and has been since you got into bed with deezer from the start if you want to promote it back it up both of you shame on you as this isn’t an isolated this has been going on for years!!!
