Hello, Fitbit engineers! My Fitbit Ionic’s weather app is not working! The only image I get in the list of hours is a 3/4 filled orange thermometer. No temp. No cloud/sun. Just that thermometer! Please help! I tried re-syncing it nope! Resetting my ionic nope! Please help!!

Thank you! Changing location services for the Fitbit app from "while using" to "always" solved my problem immediately

In the Fitbit app i had to turn the location usage to "Always" and it instantly updated on my Ionic Clock face

Ever since I moved to an iPhone the weather stopped working on my fitbit ionic. Your location always on solved it. Thank you
