I can't find where to put in my activation code for deezer

Hi there, @Redcougar. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

The activation code has to be entered on your Versa 3. If the activation code doesn’t appear when you open the Deezer app, see I'm having trouble activating Deezer—what should I do?

This does not help because it is a common issue with Deezer and Fitbit now. I cannot understand that you recommended these steps if there are a lot of users that have this error. Is there any update on this? “Unexpected error…….”
