Spotify connect and control won’t download on charge 4

I just got my charge 4 today, I’ve set it all up and got the latest update for it. I then went to the app gallery to download Spotify and it wouldn’t let me download because it said that I needed the latest app update and latest watch update but I have both of those

You need another update to enable Spotify but this doesn't become available until up to 48 hours from the setup.

 

Each time you sync a small portion of the update is downloaded in the background. When it's fully downloaded the app will prompt you to apply the update.
