Hi y'all. I'm having the same issue as many of you. Install is greyed out on Spotify in the app list and tells me to update. Everything's updated. I forced stop, unpaired, rebooted, other apps have install button but not spotify. I even upgraded to premium Spotify in am attempt to fix it. Anyone figure out the solution?

Hi there @amanduhhlynnnn, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for stopping by and for the details provided.
Could you please provide me with a screenshot of what you are seeing at the moment of trying to connect your watch with Spotify? Also, the current version installed on your Versa Lite?
Also, have you checked if your phone is compatible? If you haven't, you can see the list of compatible devices at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
I hope to hear from you soon.

Hi @amanduhhlynnnn, thanks for getting back. May I have the model of your mobile phone?

Best AnswerHi Fitbit Moderator, i'm experiencing the exact same problem as the initial poster, please help. My iphone XR is compatible with my Charge 4 and everything is updated.
This exact problem is happening to me- I have a Charger 4. phone is compatible, all of the Fitbit apps work, recently updated but the install button next to Spotify is grayed out.
I'm also having this issue. Had nothing but problems from the start. First it wouldn't turn on had to fiddle around trying to restart it. Then it wouldn't connect to my phone had to fiddle around to get it to work. The Fitbit pay isn't sending me a verification text for curve card. I can't sync my calendar anywhere in the app. The battery is showing 100% in the app even though it's showing 85% on the device.
And Spotify is greyed out. Honestly I'm so annoyed I'm tempted to send it back. What a joke.
I'm having the same issue here. Got my Charge 4 yesterday and everything is working except it won't install Spotify. The install button is grayed out and there's a notification that says "To install this app, make sure the Fitbit app on your phone and your Fitbit device have the latest update". I tried to uninstall and install the app, and reboot my Charge but nothing happened. I'm using iPhone 6s and I'm a Spotify Premium user. My phone worked perfectly when I used Alta. Has anyone solved this issue here? Thanks.
Hi @CarissaS and @ASTROSSILVA just to update you guys, a day after I posted the question here, I had a software update notification on my Fitbit app. After that, the install button on the Spotify menu worked. I'm not sure why this is not included in the first place. Hope you'll get your update soon!
FIXED!! Thanks for the update. My band just received the firmware too. I guess it was taking a few days to fully roll it out to all of the devices. Makes sense. I absolutely love this feature!
Best AnswerI have the charge 4 and it won't let me install spotify. Grayed out. I just got it on 6/16. Sounds like update should be available. How do I get it? Phone is current.
Best AnswerIt will take a couple of days for the fitbit update to shake hands with your device. I think I had a 2-3 day delay before the update hit my band.
