I have the Versa 2 Fitbit watch. In Settings under notifications, there are the spots to check off if I want notifications of a low battery on the watch. I've had both the mobile and email boxes checked, unchecked, either one checked but I never get the notifications. My email is set up properly. I never notice that I need to charge the battery until the percentage is below 10. What do I need to do to get the low battery notification? Thanks.

Hi @basenji - it may be that the watch is not syncing well. What that means is it can't tell the app when the battery is getting low so the app can't announce it.
However there are clock faces with battery management on the watch, so have a look in the Gallery, I know SimpleClockPro does this by vibrating for each percent below 17% so you can't miss it.
Also try checking the syncing issue. if there is one, this might help Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Often restarting the phone and the watch improves things.

Check your battery level at any time: from the clock, swipe up. The battery level icon is in the top-left corner of the screen. If your battery is low (less than 24 hours remaining), Versa alerts you with the red battery indicator.
Thanks,
