Versa 3 Gallery/Media in App not working

I recently upgraded to a Versa 3.  I have spent several hours trying to get it fully set up and functional.  I am connected to Wifi, but when I attempt to to into the Gallery, I get an error that says "Oops, looks like there's no Internet connection".  I get the same message when I attempt to set-up Spotify, but I can set-up Pandora.

Hi @Wendyjo5280 - this is due to some form of security on the phone - it needs full access to the internet for Fitbit to work properly - see No internet connection probably Private DNS which might be by default.
