I have a brand new Fitbit luxe and installed an android app for it on my phone, but the app has a bug and the gallery won't update. It says it can't connect to the internet even when the internet is available. Considering how long Fitbit has been on the market and how expensive it is, i would have expected everything to work perfectly. Very disappointing.

I'm not sure about the Luxe, but the Sense and Versa need the final update before the gallery works.
Your issue sounds like something else tho.
Do you have anysecurity app running, or behind a firewall. Both could be hindering the gallery.
Things to try.
Clear the fitbit cache.
Log out/in
Stop the Fitbit app and restart.
Restart the phone.

Hi @Trailblazer1 - on some phones there can be odd defaults and even though Internet works the Gallery doesn't. See this link to fix it. No internet connection
