My Fitbit One is synching daily steps count just fine, but when it changes to the next day my previous day's information is no longer on the app. It has not saved any information in 15 days. This is not a problem of the device/app synching, which it does nicely every day. But rather a saving of the step count to the days previous.
Curiously if I go back about 15 days of 0 steps showing, on the 16th day in history the steps have been saved and show up. So there is this window of 16+ days including the current days as they become history, that shows the 0 steps. HELP
p.s. I have tried uninstall and reinstall of the app, twice. Open close phone.)

Same issue, never resolved. I think at this point it seems clear that Google is purposely "bricking" the Fitbit One. I have had the One since 2009 (but trust me, I bought plenty of them from Fitbit/Google as I often lost them). RIP Fitbit One.

I haven't had a response. I am now looking at pedometers that are NOT FitBit since they no longer care about the customers like they did when I got the pedometer.

I've been having the same problem for months too. I contacted fitbit/google several times Jennifer has been ignoring emails for months Samuel got it working for 1 day. Louis didn't even try to help said they would give a 35% discount but would not fix the problem tell me what is available like the One or help me find one that would work. He also said they no longer sold the clips for any pedometer (which is the only way I would consider wearing one). He ended the chat with out answering several of my questions one of them asking about the wrist pedometers not counting steps pushing a cart but counting steps when sitting on a chair that does not move. I'm not happy and don't see any link the One so it is time to look at other devices. I have not gotten the email Louis said I would for the discount either ( I doubt I ever will) .... Gamin looked to have some decent options

So disappointing. If I ever buy another fitness device it won't be a Fitbit, and definitely not from a company owned by Google.

MissGG - I never got my One working either. But I did get the Fitbit Inspire 3 and it works with a clip option too. I bought the clip on Amazon. It has been working fine and I only lost about a month of my
history. I've had it about 2 months now. Pics attached.

Thanks you have been more helpful then anyone working for fitbit/goggle!
I was looking at the inspire 3 before. I heard they used to give 50% discounts when they couldn't fix the problem and I was hoping for that when it became ridiculous a couple of months ago. The 35% discount I was told I would get does not work. I replied to their email telling Louis it does not work and I have not received a response in over two weeks. This whole problem is frustrating and the total lack of communication from fitbit makes me question how much longer the company will be around for.

Today I received an update for the fit-bit app on my iPhone.
Its now version 4.32 for the fit-bit One and of course no visible changes.
I have no faith we will see the app to be working as it should ever again, google silently killed it back in August.
