Hi Everyone,
As I flip through my watch, I see some symbols that I do not know the meaning of... is there a photo of the symbols that tell me the meaning i.e a guide that I can refernce ?
Like what is the flame with a number under it?
or the lighting bolt? or the man with his leg bent and arms up?

Let's look at the words under your icon in question. It says Zone Minutes. In reality it is Active Zone Minutes for the newer trackers
The Bicycle exercise has been available since the 20014 Surge Tracker. This is used when the wearer wants to record a bike ride. Currently there is about 40 different exercises.

Energy burned during activity - i.e.calories. Compare # on device and today's stats on your phone - #'s are the same

I have one that is 3 arrows pointing up - it seems random that I get a number under that one so I don't know what it is for

Hi!
I do not know what the man standing with leg bent and arms up is either, (I was just looking on here to figure that out) but the flame is how many calories you have burned today, and the lightning bolt is your “active minutes” of the day. I’ve found out that the number below the man with his leg bent goes up if you move your watch up and down, so right now I am assuming it’s some kind of stretch or yoga pose.
Hope this helped!!!
